Ok so I love the idea of expanding education weather its early middle or late BUT you cant give a billion dollars to help early education (meaning preschool) until you have put some money into the rest of the education system. Early education is optional, regular schooling is mandatory. So great these kids can go to decent preschools then move on to bad public schools where many will drop out and others will get a less than satisfactory education? Where is the logic in that?
