Ok, so I really dont like asking for help but I feel its that time where I need to swallow my pride and ask. I have always been able to work and provide for my children but we are in kind of in a bind right now. I recently had to pay $500 for my car to get fixed and now they are telling me there is engine damage and the engine will soon need to be replaced. It is not safe for my kids to ride in. I am trying to set up donations for any help towards that. My Mom is letting me use her car while Gabe is in the hospital, if anyone has any gas cards they would like to donate I would love them. Going back and forth to the hospital is expensive and adds up quick between that and parking each day. Between the car problems and other unexpected out of pocket expenses we are having a bit of a struggle. I dont even know at this point how Christmas is going to happen. Again I dont like asking for help, I feel its my job as a parent to provide for my children. I do not like to depend on others. I worked as a caregiver before Gabe was born. I loved my job I loved helping others, it was not just a job for me. It was very rewarding. I love helping others I have done it all of my life, I even gave away my last car to help my friend because she had small children. I am a giver so this is hard for me to ask for help. Unfortunately, now I can not work. If anyone would like to make donations for Gabriel for Christmas I will post his Gofund me information. If anyone lives in SC and would like to help with any meals I would be forever grateful. I know this is alot to ask, but I feel a bit helpless at this point.
