Ok so I thought I would share this coz its my first time doing a meal prep thing for the week. You cook all your food on one day and put them in portion sized containers and freeze them and just heat up when your hungry.. Every time I diet I always struggle with food and timing and cooking and blah blah blah and at times Im too lazy so I wait until Im starving and what happens?? The big cook off starts or takeaways it is lol so Im really looking forward to how this week goes..Got this idea of Moye Tupou who got it from her family so yeah I is gopy fangkew Rose and Mads hehe.. I youtubed ideas and came across The Baking Mad Gym Addict who had some really good tips and ideas on meal prep, recipes and fitness. And I really enjoyed all her videos. As you can see there are no salads because I hate salads and Im not gonna struggle with this plan just coz Im eating food I dont like..So all this food will last me at least 10days 1 or 2 containers a day.. Mini quiches are 1 or 2 a day for breakfast and snacks.. I actually had fun cooking it up.. My weights just gone overboard since Ive been here in Melbourne.. You will be surprised at how much I relied on food for comfort.. I miss my family soooo much and I think the eating got abit out of hand especially with my health..so rock bottom has finally been hit guys and I am not letting this sh*t win this time.. I have the best support people here my gurl, my bestie and my awesome cuz Nickawana Perese so I am very lucky.. So this is day 4.. finished the 3day detox yesterday was really hard but I got through it. Im giving up drinking for a while so my birthday this month will feel bit weird lol.. but sorry cant give up me ciggys hehe I will one day though..Heres to healthy eating, living and also to Ann-Marie getting her groove back lol..
