Ok so I will put this out here,.., urban style flats is now not all inclusive on rent ... Meaning I had satellite tv, electric water internet all included.. For last 3 years . I was told in feb things would be changing with my new lease ... Everything eventually would be dropped, but I was told , for me, only water and tv would be dropped this year . Now it seems to have changed again. I pressed the issue today of what I was told, but of course it was verbal ... The are going to check into honoring it, but I have my doubts now. I have not given the lease back to them yet, but now my desdline is coming up .. Can anyone give me insight as how they can charge water and electric fees , without meter boxes. I was told my water would be average st 20 to 30 a month! I paid that in a 900 sq foot house with appliances and 3 people living in it. And how can electric cost 100 for 450 sq ft on a single person with no tv or barely around? Doesnt make sense to me!!! How can the average be that? Is this legal ? They said they are using an outside company who averages in complexes with no meters .. Wtf? What if I decide to not use electricity except for the refrig? Screwed I believe
