Ok so Ill be honest with you...I might have already had a couple drinks and i might be a little drunk and feisty. But moving forward with this topic...I suppose if youd like to flourish the economy with teenage dollars this would be a good idea, but realistically most people under the age of 21 are already getting drunk in fact...What time is it? 1:30am? A good percentage of underage persons are already shithammered. Cheers. Also, our senates have probably already done the math and know they make more money off of penalizing people for not following the drinking law rather than allowing those people to drink.
