Ok so Im not a very political person so if in wrong in my understand of this please correct me So the Harris County politician does think its right to use Tax payers money to pay for the firefighters retirement and that the FD or FF should have a say, and that its ok to decrease there current retirement plan, however the Police Dept and the Politicians such as the mayor retirement (also paid by the TAXPAYERS money) should be affected nor even touched in the law suit, hum dont see a politician or police officer running into a burning house/building. Taking care of our Fire Fighters is just as important as our Police Men. Different uniforms still have serve and have the same impact on the public.
