Ok so ? Ive been doing slot of research on this training. Mask the past few weeks. Im about to get back in to the gym hardcore and so much of this masks purpose seems legit from what I know about breathing and technique , as well as diaphragm control etc. My son is prob alil to small right now at 2.5. But he has CF . I was wondering if anyone who has CF has heard of this?tried it? And if it helps lung function etc? If it works in the ways it was designed this may be a wonder mask for CFers world wide to keep their lungs stronger. Being a dad I have started my quest in to natural and homeopathic research for differ possible methods and cure concepts etc. So please forgive me if I post at times odd posts . I just want to help and want a cure for all of you and my son. I feel common methods are designed to hold back possible benefactors bc of the $. Im alil cynical of modern med research. All the same a lot of it is what keeps you all alive as well as my lil man. Comments and feed back appreciated. Also IM going to do my own lil test theory in conjunction w my sons pulmonary Dr. An if I get any positives etc Ill be sure to pass this info on Ty.
