Ok so...Raising wolves for over 20 years was a way of connecting with who I am. Protective of my pack & the role I play in my pack (pack meaning family & friends). I will do whatever it takes to protect that during an attack. Some may think of that as a weakness & it may be in some peoples eyes...not in mine. My family & friends mean everything to me & I can not take care of them properly if Im defending myself against what I perceive as an attack. I will shut that down so quick it will make your head spin. Maybe that seems mean....I cant help what others believe or perceive. If it was one of you, I bet most of you would do the same. People are the same as an animal when it comes to instinct on this subject. Yes it makes me feel bad afterwards & thats the human compassion that is in us. I do guarantee that I never bite first because just like a wolf Im leery of humans...we are the most dangerous animal there is.
