Ok, so being a contractor for almost 3 years doing the job extremely well and never being respected for it or appreciated except by some fellow workers was not worth it in many ways, So they change my job giving me more to do and I still get the job done as I had more to do and they terminate my contract today. Not one of my bosses knew how to do my job yet they say I didnt meet their expectations. Oh well I will find another job and everyone who reads this dont feel bad we are doing great financially as since I have learned to budget this just means I cut some things out to adjust the budget.
