Ok so here is this TV scoop. I have ditched cable and only have Xfinity Internet ($29.99/month), we got the BLAST package that is faster upload/downloads speeds than the basic which was $19.99 because we would be using it so much, and I bought my own Modem ($99.99) and had my own WIFI box. I have 5 TVs in my house. Johns Room has an Xbox , Izaiah has a WII U that they can watch HULU $7.99/month and Netflix (Free we have someone else’s log on) My Family room and my bedroom has a TV with an Antenna and ROKU. We bought 2 antennas a cheapo $23.99 and one that cost $149.99. We have only tried the cheapo one and with that one we got 19 channels, which include CU, NBC ABC CBS FOX PBS ION, MYTV, QVC HSN to name a few. The ROKU box, is like an APP box, that you can get streaming TV. TONS of stuff Music channels, Pandora, Spotify, LOCAL Weather, News Sports etc. Also that is how on those two TV’s we see the HULU and NETFLIX. Which HULU and NETFLIX have all the TV shows you can imagine Maybe a little late, but you can watch entire seasons. The Basement Theatre Room only has a DVD connected so that is where we watch our movies that we rent at, which probably don’t need too because now we have Netflix and HULU we will probably just get another ROKU or something for down there. We will have no need to rent movies anymore, saving TONS of money a year, also we cut our INTERNET/CABLE etc from $160 down to $29.99. We DO NOT watch a lot of TV. And we found ourselves only watching the same things all the time. Sooo this works for us. (SO FAR) The things we will miss is live events that are not on the major networks. Like ESPN football, NASCAR and Boxing . I don’t know if I found a way to watch those yet. But just a reason to go hang out at RENOS to watch the game…LOL! But anyway I love it so far. ACTUALLY I have been watching WAAY more TV now, than I did before! There are so many choices!!!
