Ok, so it is that time of year again. Thats right, New Year Resolution time! The inspiration for this years resolution came from a psychologist friend of mine who said new behaviors take 6 weeks of strong commitment to turn into habits. So this year I plan to really commit to one small healthy habit lifestyle change every six weeks and turn it into a new healthy habit. First up, my new daily skin care routine that puts to use my awesome Christmas gift from my husband.
