Ok so just got home from hospital #2. Finally. Cj is asleep. We started off at countryside mease and they did a cat scan on his head and neck and that came back fine. Then it seemed like it could be his shoulder, so they did an xray of his shoulder and chest, that was fine. But he couldnt (or wouldnt) sit up or walk, even after having Tylenol 3 with codine so they were worried that he messed up his muscles and tendent (spelling?) So they wanted to do an MRI but didnt have the equipment to Sudate him, thus sending us on our ambulance ride. to st Josephs hospital in Tampa. With some ibprofan and valium. There, he got a new doctor to look over everything and they took some more xrays first to see what that told them, after going to change his neck brace to a more comfortable one, they realized how mucho more flexible his neck was at this time and how he wasnt in pain really anymore so the xrays look well so the final verdict was a sprained neck. And a case of white coat syndrome (doctor fright) he had torticollis when he was an infant that we did physical therapy to help loosen the muscles in his neck and the trauma that endured today could have caused themuscles to stiffen back up in his neck and we will probably have to so some PT to loosen them back up. we stopped at the airport to watch the planes land and take off for about an hour and he was almost normal, just a little sore and fell asleep on the ride home. Now he is tucked away in bed with daddy! Thanks for everyones concerns, and of you tested me and I was rude, or short, Im sorry but myson concern was cj and I was one worried momma duck! But thanks and Ill let everyone know how he is doing tomorrow!
