Ok so my turn to vent on FB since others feel the need to air there non factual dirty laundry. Here are the facts Florida child support IS BASED on both parents income. If said income is $0.00 then the court bases it on minimum wage. Then they will break it down based on the visitation schedule. So what some are having a hard time understanding is the child support is not based off of your spouses income. So its just based on mothers and fathers income. Wake up and read your paper work so sick of hearing they dont consider her income etc etc... They consider me at minimum wage. Just like they consider his father at minimum wage. I am so sorry the court doesnt include my husbands income but here is the reason why, HE is not the father and has no financial responsibility for said Child. So stop blaming me for your problems and your choices.
