Ok so new leaf..advice driven gym stuff. My stuff will focus more on the meathead side of the house but be of benefit to all. Todays topic: eating for the body you want. I am about to sit down for about a 1200 calorie preworkout meal. If you want a lean tone body you get it with diet. Your workout intensity should be the same as a bodybuilder, even a female should take the get big approach during her workout. Getting big takes a long consistant path of eating 4 or 5k cakories a day and 5 or 6 day a werk workouts. If you want a lean body work our 3 or 4 times a week with a more traditional calorie intake. Dont make the mistake of light workouts to tone for it wont be a real benefit.
