Ok so our vlog will be more detail for what happened tonight, and i will post that in about an hour. The city said we can not operate the haunt....but we can apply for a temporary use permit that will require a hearing. They have to have 4 of the 7 members to agree to meet(something they have a very hard time doing) before they can schedule the hearing which can only take place after Oct 22nd. The neighbors will be notified of the hearing and can attend. Our haunt will be deemed an illegal structure but the date to comply would be after the hearing. They also stated that they will drop the permit fee to $75 from $150 and they will pay the difference!!! Scare Hollow will continue to build and be open by the 25th for the public. When i hear what date the hearing will be i will invite people to come and support us. HAUNT ON!!!! #hfl
