Ok so remember I never claimed to be a video-ographer or an actress lol!!! None the less here is the 10th day of FITmas!!! 20 Dive bombers! I can hear the sighs now!!!! Like I said in the video this is a difficult move but over time and with practice you will nail it! Number one please dont get discouraged if you dont nail this the first time. I repeat this guy is DIFFICULT!! Its good to have goals and work towards a new step let this be a new goal for you!!! Dont forget your squats and your spiderman kick throughs!!
