Ok so some of the things I hear a lot I dont want to eat just salad and I havent got time to make healthy meals. I understand that time can be like gold dust, Im a single mum who works long hours and has a pre teen with a hectic diary!!! She has a better social life than me!! but healthy food doesnt take long to make at all.... And I definitely dont eat just salad. I also make almost everything from scratch Heres a few of the meals I eat spiced chicken , home made turkey burgers with sweet pot mash and veh, chicken curry, sushi, turkey meatballs, chickpea fritters, frittata, lentil soup, salmon, sweet potato chips, turkey scotch eggs, scrambled egg with quorn burgers ( super quick!!). Tonight I fancied junk so I had a fry up, well not a fry up more of a grill up lol quorn sausages, eggs, mushrooms , tomatoes and a little baked beans. All cooked in fry lite.... Its not about depriving yourself its all to do with learning where to make the swaps xxx
