Ok so the last 24 hours have NOT been the most fun experience in my life....but I am extremely thankful today for doctors nurses and surgery crew....here at JTCMH....and TRH.....last night while eating dinner I had some food get stuck in my esophagus! HOME WITH MY 2 KIDS (scary) I drove myself to JTCMH where I learned that it was fully lodged and I would have to be transported to TRH....these doctors and nurses and surgery team members had to leave whatever they were doing to come in and help ME....I like many others take this for granted until we NEED them! But today Im thankful for a PRAYING MOM that always comes to the rescue and a PRAYING DAD that showed up right on time before they took me back for surgery...wonderful caring people that give of their time to help those in need!.....AND MOST OF ALL THANKFUL TO MY GOD ABOVE FOR HOLDING ME IN HIS HANDS! Oh and for how Im doing? Well fat lip....sore throat....but I can now eat soft foods....and they go down!😊
