Ok so they believe it is a metabolic disorder that is not allowing her liver to function properly. There is not enough sugar in her blood, and right now has to remain on an IV to be able to maintain good sugar levels. The tests that were sent out yesterday will either confirm or rule this disorder out, but we have to wait because the tests had to be sent to labs out of state. They drew more blood this morning and they were finally able to collect a urine sample. Emmy has not been cooperating (our stubborn little Micronesian lol). She slept most of the night, and is being a trooper. The endocrinologist will be by to check on her and to visit with us. Thanks to all the well wishes and prayers, they have meant a lot to us.
