Ok so this game is going around and I got a 7. I have to tell 7 things about myself that u may not know. Like or comment and Ill give u a # 1.) Ok this is a big one because I firmly believe in remaining humble in ur own victories especially because I pray to forgive these girls all the time BUT if it wasnt for allll the outpouring of support I would of NVR fought this as hard as I did for truth and justice to b served..I was badly assaulted by 4 girls and robbed.my name got drug allll thru the nations news and evn the United kingdom so its only fair to share the outcome.. the girls were charged with 4 felonies in the 1st degree and a misdemeanor..I showed up at EVRY 1 of their detainment hearings every wk to make sure they werent released til I had my day in court with them and they walked in the big courts evrytime still turning their whole bodies around in front of the judge attempting to intimidate me..I wished & hoped to see remorse or fear for where their lives were headed and NOTHING..intimidation is wat got them into this mess.. I do NOT like to b intimidated and it began to make my fight very easy because if released (I was blessed but) most ppl couldnt take such a beaten without permanent damage especially to the brain.so on my day in court my DA came to me and said theyre willing to take 2 misdemeanors and I said absolutely not..tell em Im taking it all off the table and we WILL go to trial if they do not take felony in the 1st degree aggravated assault and (heres the big one no wantd to deal with or go after) felony in the 1st degree ethnic intimidation (our version of a plain old hate crime). They KNEW the truth and I KNEW the truth of wat happened that day.. every court employee was blown away that the whole entire witness area was filled with citizens that came forward for me..including a few surprise witnesses that were law officials and guards at human juvenile det center that heard more threats, more slurs, and an admission of guilt to it all..also 4 port authority bus videos of the whole attack. I was NOT going ANYWHERE because I had the support of allllllll those watching around the nation and evry1 there were on their toes because they KNEW that! (Thank u EVERYONE FOR UR SUPPORT..I WAS LISTENING THE WHOLE TIME..THANK U!) So 1 by 1 they accepted my deal. The judge very strongly agreed.. sealed the deal..sent them all to separate bootcamps for a MINIMUM of 2yrs! They have to earn their way out after that.. he ordered no contact orders amongst the 4 girls or with me and my family.. also DNA samples and prints to always b on file and psych evals.. these girls gotta longgg rd ahead and will destroy their lives if they EVR commit another crime with the severity and nature of the crimes on their jacket.. I pray that Gods working quickly in their lives & they turn it all around & 4 great women walk out & forward thru life
