Ok so this is a HUGE ACHIEVEMENT AND ACCOMPLISHMENT for me!! This may not be too exciting to a lot of you but coming from a 300 pound fat guy with hardly any strength to this took a lot of work! I didnt use to be able to do ANY pull ups.......now I start back days with 4 -5 sets and can do 12 pull ups from a hanging position on my first set, then usually 10, 8, and 6 or 7. Pull ups are no joke and I always wanted to skip them but i kept working at it and looking back Im glad I never quit and kept working towards my goals because I am proud of how far Ive come now!!
