Ok so this is a lesson about patience and perseverance. Many of my friends know I work as a Volunteer Coordinator at a local HIV/AIDS organization. What many of you dont know is that I started off there as a paid employee and then funding ran out so I have been essentially working for free/volunteering part time as I have been building my organization and getting it off the ground. Now because a grant came through, I was just offered a part time job, likely 20 hours a week and while I will still do a bit of volunteer coordination, my focus will switch to Client outreach. I am quite excited and happy I stayed on and waited for God to open up something else for me.
