Ok, so this is what I do. I eat 2 scrambled eggs 1 turkey sausage patty and a low fat choc milk for breakfast. For lunch I eat about 4 chunks of pineapple, about 5 pieces of honey dew and a few pieces of cantaloupe. I have stopped eating the strawberries and grapes as much since my friend Carrie told me those are the worst to eat. I also eat about 1 1/2 stalk of celery, and 6 to eight baby carrots and some broccoli with lite ranch dressing. If I dont eat before 6pm then I usually dont eat. If Im hungry then I just deal since its my fault for not eating. Now since doing this I get fuller faster and I dont desire all the sweets. It wasnt easy, but I am just determined to not look like that anymore, and I dont need Jenny Craig to help me do it. I was 232 lbs in May, and to date I am 207. It not happening fast I just really started noticing because my clothes are really baggy. I didnt start weighing myself until about 3-4 weeks ago.
