Ok so this will be just as much of a shock to everyone as it was to us. When we got Big Mama we knew she had a rough life and had been overbred her whole life, her titties were dragging the ground. She had bacteria infection all over her skin and an ear infection. we ran a HW test and it came up with a very very faint positive so we decided to wait two weeks and retest her well over the past week her titties became very hard and we werent able to get her spayed yet because we were waiting for 1. Her skin and ears to clear up and to recheck the HW test and 2.money from the booster to pay off our large vet bill in order to get blood work done to get her spayed. Well we took her in Monday got everything ran blood work and another HW test and her skin and ears rechecked. She is HW positive however its still faint so its not very bad we will eventually be putting her through the injections but we will now have to wait about 2 months. We decided she may be in a false pregnancy because she just started lactating as of Monday before then nothing was coming out I was scared she had mammary tumors another reason we were getting her checked Monday. Well last night I came home to whining in big mamas kennel after a freak out from myself I found 1 little pup in her kennel. Then freaking out even more called the vet and we decided to keep and eye on her all night and to just bring her in first thing. Well we just left the vet and her and her little girl pup seem healthy and very happy... She was so skinny and only had one pup inside of she starts acting strange we will do xrays to make sure but out vet could not feel anything in there neither us nor the vet could tell she was even pregnant. Big mama is carrying this one little girl around everywhere and doesnt want me to leave her or the pups side shes really an amazing dog and not that we wanted a puppy but we are happy both her and the pup are safe and ok.
