Ok so, today it has been a month since my insanity journey began. I have lost more then weight. I lost not telling myself how beautiful I am inside and out. I love who I am becoming. A strong confident woman. Gone are the days when I needed some: Broke ass, baby mama drama, disrespectful, high school acting, I am still riding on my high football past, opinion. You think you have had the last laugh. Those who laugh last laugh the loudest. I hope you can hear me laughing all the way from Texas. Ok that felt good.
