Ok stars few reminders. U can donate your hard earned cash to a great cause, as Ruth shaves her head for cancer (that her sister is battling) this is pretty close to my heart as I lost my mum to cancer last year. Bucket is on the sign in sheet and we will keep it there until Monday next week. Each dollar raised will be a burpee for the coaches. I think we have cracked $400....bet you cant get to $500. The Saturday WOD will be at St Aug College in Springfield, start time 7:00am. We will have another affiliate come and join us so it would be good to see all the stars shinning in the beautiful Saturday morning sun. Breakfast after at the Coffee Club if U R keen.
