Ok, that was interesting. Arrived at the Burner Restaurant in Malakwa for a burger and fries. Damned hungry after leaving Calgary at 9:30. National park gates to Golden was pretty rough - 30 kmh in blowing snow most of the way - and was delayed in Glacier National Park for 90 minutes by avalanche control (which appears to be Canadian Armed Forces personnel and an artillery piece!), but otherwise the trip has been uneventful. Lets see what the Coquahalla throws my way this evening....
