Ok, the Enrichment activities for our fur friends at Harbor are packed and ready to go. Now we need people to join our Enrichment Team! The Enrichment Team will be doing Enrichment Activities with our Fur Friends at Harbor Humane Society on a volunteer basis. Because we will be handling strange and sometimes fearful animals, there is some training involved to be on the Enrichment Team. Enrichment Team Training Thursday, Oct 17, 7-9 p.m. Dogs Bay, 3675 64th St., Holland 49423 • We will discuss safety in detail. • You will learn how to identify body postures in animals to ensure safety. • We will go over how to present all the activities. • We will go over Harbor’s Volunteer protocols • We will discuss scheduling and time commitment • All Enrichment Team Counselors with be provided with a Harbor T-shirt that says “Enrichment Team” on the back.
