Ok the last two weeks I had to have time warner come out to fix problems with cable,internet,and phone 4 different times. 1st time did not fix it for long, 2nd time and 3rd time all the same result . finally on the 4th visit with a supervisor in tow they moved the modem up stairs like I have been asking for a long time now. Now the tv hooked to the DVR is working fine. How ever the 2 other tvs that are not hooked up to a box quit working(straight cable). Called for the fifth attempt on fixing all the problems. Repair man said it would be $59.99 to wire up the other two tvs. I explained to him that they were hooked up until you guys unhooked them on your 4th visit. told me he talked to the supervisor and he said that we told him we only had the one tv. So THEY UNHOOKED the other two tvs. Know there wanting to charge me to wire them back up. needless to say I told him to get out of my house and I will cancel all service. I pay $159.43 for all three and for what? Bad service and rude people, no thanks! Thanks for letting me vent.
