Ok the wait is over! I announced earlier this week about a big announcement today. So here it is....over the past few years I have been going through a spiritual, mental and physical journey. Over the course of this last year , as a result of a fast , I became a vegetarian (now pescatarian as I eat fish about 2-3 days a week .) Along with an awesome business partner , I am apart of and cofounder of an awesome team called the Positive Arts Movement which produced an award winning play called Rimshot Urban Musical . We are using the arts and entertainment to change the world. My family and I have overcome life challenges and have been victorious in some tremendous personal and physical triumphs. I have a phenomenal woman in my life whom I love, appreciate and cherish dearly. I have joined a great fellowship in Total Love center which feeds my spirit. All the manifestations in my life....to God be the glory. Here is my announcement. Another personal goal has been set for me. I will be running in the Kaiser 5k challenge on Sept. 11th and This is the first of many leading up to the Peachtree Road Race in 2015. Why the announcement....I am not just doing this for me...I will be running for several causes and ask you to join me through this journey with your support...Mainly moral support. I will be sending out a schedule of events soon and will be updating you on my progress. I have been training over the past 5 weeks and I am feeling great.
