Ok then amigos heres what we gna do - Take 3 medium chicken breast & slice & dice in to desired size - next were going to lightly fry until meat starts to brown (whiten) ...... Next were going to chop the following - 3 peppers (G/Y/R) 2 courgettes & 2 large onions Straight forward - but make sure the onions arent to small because they break easily in the mix ...... Next add all the preparations to the cooking pot & add a cheese sauce with a light sprinkling of black pepper to round of the flavours - As I mentioned before the meat is already slightly cooked, the onions not to small - this allows the courgettes to remain solid whilst cooking & gives the dish a good texture as well as a vibrant colour ...... Put on the lid & cook on gas mark 6 (200) for around 45/50 minutes & BOOM - dinner is served ...... & in the words if the great Gordon Ramsey - if you dont like it then get the **** out my kitchen !!!!
