Ok, there is SO SO SO much wrong with this story aside from the obvious that a sick, depraved monster raped this poor sweet girl. Ok, first, the owner says it is a RESCUE PITBULL and she is living tethered to a heavy tow chain. This is completely unacceptable and this dog should be REMOVED from this home AT ONCE if that is the case. No rescue in its right mind would accept that a dog is taken only to live outside chained by a heavy tow chain. In addition, keeping a dog outside chained like that, makes it vulnerable to all kinds of things--other animals, the discomfort of the elements, the loneliness of living life unloved, and to nasty crazy perverts. I hesitate to advocate violence but had it been someone doing that to my dog and I walked onto the scene with a gun like she did, well...
