Ok this has been really bothering me over the weekend. I learned on Friday a customer I spent a lot of time on getting health coverage 2 weeks ago passed away before getting to use the health insurance I got him signed up. He has a preexisting condition and had lived for years without health insurance that could have made his life less painful and maybe even made him live longer. This was a harsh reality of the ignorance we live with in America and I DO NOT apologize for wanting to help people get healthcare. I just wish I could have gotten to him sooner. Time is running out to sign up on the marketplace so if you need assistance please let me know. I feel disgusted with all the negative publicity I see everyday. Health insurance probably couldnt have saved this guys life but it could have made his final years less painful. Ugh just eight more days of open enrollment so please dont put it off any longer...
