Ok, this is freaky. I called the place to schedule a mammogram, and they already had me in their system. Ive never been there before. They have my name, correct date of birth, correct social security # linked to a visit they say I made in 2004 for a procedure I know I never had, for a problem Ive never had. Heres where it gets really interesting...they have on file an address that I did live at years before 2004, but not the address where I was actually living at that time. WTF?? Because the visit is so old, they could give me no info about any insurance used, or method of payment, or if the bill was even paid. Its possible it was billed to that old address and I never received it - I did not forward my mail when I moved from there years earlier. This could be on my credit report. Along with the house I supposedly owned in Cranford NJ (Ive never owned a house) and the Home Depot card I owed $4000 on (Ive never had a Home Depot card). I also asked for the doctors name who ordered the ultrasound I supposedly had, and its a doctor Ive never heard of. And guess what...hes out of practice. Anybody have any advice?
