Ok this is getting out of hand, available work to assign a pet needs to be based on their level and available energy.. Tired of seeing the same person assigning fences to people who are active, maybe not as active as they are, but log in daily....they receive the fence job automatically and would have to level 3 times to even have the energy to complete it.. Its just crappy playing style...you can assign a job the player has a chance to complete rather then just making it impossible from the start....
