Ok, this is more a question than a comment. Has anyone else had a problem with being shorted pills on a prescription refill? I have to admit I have never counted the pills in the bottle, but I may have to start. When I had one of my prescriptions refilled last month they evidently only gave me half the required number. I am to take this one 2x per day. After 2 weeks I ran out. I didnt even think about it, I just called for a refill. When I went to pick it up, I was told it was too soon for a refill. This is BP medicine, so nothing you would overdose on or anything addictive. I said I didnt understand how I could be too early, I had been out for a couple of days already. Well. They had no explanation, and after several minutes of discussion they decided to just give enough pills to get me through to the next refill. Again..... Silly me, I didnt count them, I just took their word for it. Since it will be 2 weeks till I can get a refill, I ASSUMED there would be 30 pills in the bottle. Well, last night I realized I am almost out again. I dug out the medicine sheet they send with every refill. And sure enough, they only gave me 8 pills... To last for 2,weeks at 2 pills per day... Maybe they are using new math!!! I am not really sure what to do next. Has anyone else had a problem being shorted???? Just curious if its only me!!!
