Ok, this is my theory. SNL is pulling a bait and dump on the public. Look, I think Loren Michaels simply is never going to adhere to anyones pressure. He is used to doing it his way and he liked it just fine. After Eddie Murphy soared into the stratosphere and then snubbed the 25th Anniversary things have not been the same. The only other person of color that came from SNL that comes to y mind after that was Tim Meadows and well (silence..............) So all this hooplah about SNL not being diverse enough and the people he had on (no offense but they are supporting comedians, not exactly break out geniuses) well follow the beat of HIS drum. Soooooooooooooo ok, he hires this cool black chick - she a-ight. No Maya Rudolph.... The shows in the last couple of weeks have been really really offensive, and just BAD. NOW THIS. Really? Are we back to stupid fat jokes and lesbian jokes? SMH. It almost feels like a temper tantrum. Loren Michaels is letting really bad writing make the ratings plummet and then hell dump everyone hes tired of and THENNNNNN, hell start all over. JUST. LIKE. HE. ALWAYS. HAS. IJS
