Ok this is the situation. My car has lost power over the past week or so. A few times when turning over the ignition it presents with a sound that to me sounds like the flywheel in the starter. I have long had issues with loss of power (lights dimming) when rolling down power windows etc.. recently my remote for my keyless entry has delayed unlocking and must be clicked multiple times. It was thought to be the battery in the remote however I have been continuing to have other issues that appear to be related to this problem as well. Ok so... I had my air conditioning recharged and ran it for two days when suddenly my car began loosing even more power when accelerating. Today!!! My car has stalled 4 times while twice being in the middle of heavy traffic. The only warning is a heavy bang that jerks the car and appears to be tranny related though symptoms remind me of a faulty throttle body. A slight surge while driving sometimes presents itself. Mmm any input is greatly appreciated. I need to safely drive by 11am tomorrow.
