Ok this looks average - but tastes GREAT!! Yummy and Healthy Lunch idea :) Spiraised zucchini lightly sauteed cherry tomato red capsicum lightly sauteed 1/4 avocado small serve low fat feta cheese 5 egg whites scrambled and cooked in a little coconut oil With only two weeks to go until baby Ricci arrives, a lady asked me yesterday, if I was making the most of it. You should be going to CIBO and eating a whooooole tub of ice cream, thats what I did when I was pregnant she says. I have been eating whatever I want but in portion sizes that fit my healthy approach to life.....With regards to eating a whole tub of ice cream, I never did this prior to pregnancy so why now? I am still eating the same foods I have always eaten and I am now 38 weeks pregnant. I go to the gym 3 x a week and do a light workout. - 20 mins bike or treadmill - 15 mins light weights circuit (I can no longer do legs - only wall squats with fit ball). - 10 mins stretching every muscle group. I look forward to sharing my post baby journey to get back into shape. But I will be doing this sensibly. I feel the most amazing love I have ever felt - for my unborn baby and so cannot imagine how much more LOVE I will feel when I meet him. Baby Ricci will take priority and my fitness goals will come second but really its not that hard to make sensible meal choices. What you do during pregnancy just needs to use common sense. livingbeauty.au/blog for more free recipes & fitness tips. Or for my smoothie recipes join me on Instagram @livingbeautyamelia
