Ok this seems like an odd question but has anyone tried oil pulling? I am interested in knowing your experiences with it? I have stumbled upon the whole thing and have been doing a little bit of research on it and wanted to hear any personal experiences with it. Also there is a question of whether or not oil pulling hurts dental work ie crowns ,bridges ,fillings etc. All I have been able to find is mixed opinions on the issue .So if there are any dentist or dental assistants on here I would like to know if they know anything about it as well and their professional opinions on it .I have seen its says that it is great for your oral hygiene and health of gums .I just would like to compare experiences from actual people and the research I have found to make a well rounded opinion before I try it for myself..
