Kyle was killed and Jesse continued the suit and was awarded 1.8 Million dollars yesterday. Now all the headlines are giving Jesse a hard time about suing the widw. I say that if Chris Lied about it then Jesse was protecting his rep and since the publisher is more than likely going to pay the settlement He had every right to sue the estate especially if Chris lied to sell more books which was apparently established in the Courts.
