First... dont let the judicial system uphold equal protection, go out gay people and win the hearts and minds of the public and eventually they will let you have it... that was one of them, then of course the other who said the purpose of marriage is to encourage you to have kids. These judges are clowns... please Ginsberg give us some common sense. Win the hearts of people then ask them if they will let you be buried with someone youve spent your entire life with... that is our reality, our Cincinnati couple want no more than to be listed on a death certificate so they can be buried together, and these bigots dont want them to have that... citing procreation.
