Okay -- I know nobody cares about this but I read that if youre having trouble with consistency while working toward a goal, its helpful to tell people what youre trying to do in order to create some accountability. So here goes: Several years ago, after a difficult period, I pretty much stopped working out. Since then, Ive been increasingly unhappy with the weight Ive put on. Today is 75 days before I turn 50 and Id like to hit my birthday feeling great. So my goal is to log at least 50 hours of cardio over the next 75 days. Im going to post my progress daily -- which Im sure youre all thrilled about. No response is necessary but please feel free to encourage and/or shame me or to comment in any sweet, rude or (hopefully) funny way. September 30th: 1 hour down, 49 to go. Thanks.
