Okay---I have a question for you good folks---I was reading one of my food magazines---this months edition of Saveur, and one of the contributors was a writer from Kiev who described a pancake made out of farmers cheese that she called syrniki. Unfortunately, there was no recipe in the magazine, and there wasnt any recipe in the files here either. So anybody out there have a recipe they would like to share? They sound heavenly, and would be perfect for this weekends breakfast or Mothers Day brunch or something. Id really appreciate it---and I really like this page!
