Okay - so about two weeks ago I called ComCast to set up a transfer of my services for June 20. On June 6, a computer (all by itself) picked my account to go ahead with the transfer (cable is at the foot of the pole at the new house it isnt even connected yet). Day two and 8 calls later - still no TV, Telephone, or Internet. Would you believe a supervisor just told me it is my fault because I should have waited until the day before we moved to call !!??!! He said I was too ahead of the game and caused the system to fail. I am trying my best to find the cameras for Americas Funniest Videos because this cant be real. You flipped the switch - Flip it back!!! I am thinking it is about to become EX-finity.
