Okay, 2014 can go away now. It hasnt been a wonderful year. My TBI is still healing. I think there are tiny butterflies gluing it back together. My left leg has a permanent bruise and indentation. It aint pretty. In Philly, someone borrowed my handbag, but forgot to give it back. All of my ID, credit cards, stuff of J & Ricks. I was wearing it cross body. I guess somebody sliced the strap when I was in a crowd, Then theres the bus station nightmare. Patrick took care of everything from here, so I got home. I only got to spend a few hours with my Auntie Gia. I lost count of how many skin cancers Dr. Bortz cut out. This last one is flat ugly. Im going to put a tattoo on it. Bama had tons of trouble with her skin. We did everything known to man and then some, Shes finally started to heal. I still cant work. I dont do well without lots of people around. And noise. I need noise. We had a lovely Thanksgiving. We decided to move it to Saturday, because Friday hurts too much. Zac came over for a while during the game. He laughed at our drinking game. A couple of days ago someone borrowed Emmas car, but they forgot to ask. Forgot to bring it back, too. Shes such a good kid. Why do bad things happen to the good kids? Zac and Em are great kids. Zacs going to school to be a firefighter. Emma, our planner, has a ten year plan. Patricks health has been really good, thanks to that wonderful $5000.monthly shot. You know how I told yall that I was blind in one eye and cant see out of the other? Well. its true. Cataract surgery is in my near future. This getting old thing is not for the faint of heart! Now everybody be good and have your mammograms. Get your skin checked, too. My latest presented as dry rough skin. It was squamous, to the bone. My scars are starting to have scars. My dear friend Tommy had a health scare. Keep him in your prayers, please. I guess thats all the news thats new. Take care of yourselves, and be blessed.
