Okay Facebook friends!! Go ahead and CALL ME STUPID!! I was parking at the London Cancer Clinic today....and opened the back door of my truck....like I always do....put my purse and keys, and the parking ticket down on the floor....and was putting my gloves and jacket on to go inside the hospital. All of a sudden this VERY TALL man approached me....very frantic-like....and said...excuse me maam....do u live in London? I said no...he said...me either...I live in Gravenhurst. But did you hear about the little girl that was hit by a car on warncliffe rd this morning? I said...no! He said...that was my 11 yr old daughter...they brought her here to this hospital...but she had to be transferred to Toronto Sick Kids...she is so BAD OFF! ( well...right away I started to think about our KAITLYN.......who had to be transferred to Toronto when her trach operation went bad in London) ....Anyhow he said....my cell phone is dead..and my truck ran out of gas...and a cop gave me $7...which he showed me.....and I have no money....BUT I need to get to Toronto To see my little girl!! Could you help me out with a little money to get me there?? I saw him eyeing my purse on the floor.....and all I could think about was my frantic time with KAITLYN...so I opened my wallet and gave him $20... All I had with me!! He said thanks so much....and turned and left!! I went inside the hospital...sat down beside a nice lady VOLUNTEER DRIVER FOR CANCER PATIENTS....and proceeded to tell her the story. As I began.....this lady informed me of the EXACT SAME STORY FROM THIS MAN ...that happened to her last week at ST. Joes Hospital!!! She was SMARTER THAN ME THOUGH....As she said she did not gave any money!! YES....I GUESS I DO HAVE S T U P I D Written on my FORHEAD!! I went and told security at the hospital....hopefully they found this man that probably bought BEER OR WHISKEY WITH MY $20. Grrrr!! 😤💩
