Okay! Here it is! Im actually pretty proud of this set. I liked how its set up.... 8 total exercises, 2 total body..2 lower body.. 2 upper .. And of course.. 2 core I had to break it up onto 2 video posts so I suppose if you want to see the other ones, Ill post it in the comments Now..all of these can be modified, and if you dont have the equipment I do.. You can always sub it with something else. If youre not sure.. Just comment and ask.. Ill post the workout breakdown itself in the comments too *Disclaimer* ⚠ I am not a personal trainer..I will be a certified PiYo instructor soon.. But this is just me and my workout I did for the day.. And I wanted to share with you... If you wanna try it.. Ley me know how you like it!!
