Okay Hivemind: Give me your best unsupported theories for ways a game jam could be organized to improve the events success. Define success in this context as you will. Consider ideal team size, length of time, frequency/types of breaks, types of themes/constraints, etc. - whatever you secretly suspect the biggest impact would be. No, this isnt going to affect Global Game Jam 2015, but I am teaching a class that amounts to one game jam each week next semester, and am looking for ideas to try out to see what kinds of things work well (or not).
