Okay, I absolutely enjoy practicing law in my rural counties. I get the biggest kick out of the different things and people that I get to hear and see. Im in just such a courtroom this morning. Now, you have to understand, there is no security checkpoint at many of these rural courthouses. Judge reminds us, speaking to the attorneys you understand, to be civil toward one another as an example to our clients. Apparently two attorneys got into a fist fight earlier in the week. And he went on to say that he guesses that if the deputies wanded everyone in the courtroom right now, some of us would be packin, and that the sign on the door says no guns are allowed in the courtroom. I love rural America. Feels like home...
